Lately, I've been doing a lot of thinking on how far the country hasn't come since knucklehead came into power... seems to me that a country of ideals has fallen into a serious state of disrepair and neglect. I found this view of this building rather reminiscent of the old red white and blue in the context of what I had to say in the beginning. Here's to hoping that 2008 will bring a fresh coat of paint, and a few clear windows...

The sad part is that a fresh coat of paint is never all that's been needed. Scraping away the decay is an important part of the process, and one that is almost alway neglected to gain the asthetics as quickly as possible. But that means that the clean look will only last long enough for someone to buy it. And then the peeling begins anew.

Beautiful phto and sentiments. I'm faving it.
